When I took my 1 1/2 year old to your office to be examined, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was immediately put at ease though when you had my baby laughing and explained to me exactly what was needed in a clear and informative way. The prosthetic was fit in a precise, efficient, manner and you were so patient and helpful throughout. Every time Ava needs an adjustment you fit us in and give us all the time we need. She's walking wonderfully now and my husband and I could not be happier!

Hi Emmanuel,
After my accident I didn't think I would ever walk again. You refused to be convinced & actually worked out a number of different prosthetic leg options for me based on my activities. I feel like a new person and am living a full and satisfying life. Every time I have the slightest issue the office is open to me and I'm taken care of like family. I want to thank you so much for being wonderful and caring throughout the process of getting a prosthesis for my son. At every visit we were treated in a sensitive and respectful manner, and the office was friendly and warm to us no matter how many times we had to call! The techs were very patient, even when dealing with my special son's difficult behavior. You actually made him excited to wear the prosthesis, especially when you let him choose which action figure he could have on it! I was worried about sending him to school but he showed up on his first day confident and proud, walking tall and excited to share with everyone how his Superman leg worked! The other kids were impressed and he did not feel ostracized or embarrassed at all! My husband and I could not be more grateful and have been telling others in our support group all about NyRehab!

Dear Amy and Jackie,
I want to thank you both for all your help in getting Elizabeth her prosthetic. You have been so wonderful.
